EE Niños

While my wonderful intern, Alisha, was here I got to be trained in Evagelism Explosion for Kids. It was a super full week but a great time. We met other people who work with kids in churches around Lima and got a great tool to use. We were able to share the presentation with kids and elderly folks the last day of out training. The second elderly man I talked to wouldn't have any answering of questions and was pretty caustic , but did take the snack we brought! The first man though said he had accepted Christ, as best as wee could hear, his speech was a little impaired. The kids that went with us did a great job with the skit and the illustrations. It is really neat to see children share the hope that is within them. We hope to implement this in our new church plant once we do EE for adults wich starts in September. I wish I had some pics of all our fun crafts and doing the chants of the verses and doing the presentation with hand motions- it helped me so much. After the training I was able to share it with a young girl when Alisha and I went to talk with kids in our neighborhood. She saw the pin on my jacket and asked about it. IT was a good practice although she was hurried and didn't make any decision.
